Duck Creek Decoy Works LLC warranties its products from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.

 

Customers can utilize a warranty in the form of either a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement of the defective product component.  Customers must send defective or damaged products back to Duck Creek Decoy Works for review to be eligible for either a refund or replacement of the defective product. Refunds and replacement products will only be issued after a full review of the products in question by the Duck Creek Decoy Works Quality Control Team. 

 

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. The warranty does not apply to assorted defects caused by personal modifications, unauthorized use, accidents, neglect, abuse, acts of nature, misuse or abnormal use or stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied. This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this decoy. Duck Creek Decoy Works will repair or replace, at our discretion, the decoy or any part or component that is deemed defective if a warranty case can be applied. 

 

Warranty Instructions:

1. Fill out a form at the link below.  Please include as much information as possible. 
2. Return Product to the address mentioned below. 
3. Quality Control Team will review your returned items
4. Our customer service team will respond to your form submission within 24 hours of receiving the defective products. 
5. Customer Service will refund your account, or ship replacements parts based on the review from the Quality Control Team.
